New! Walk the Width Steps Challenge

We’re happy to announce a new challenge to motivate you to remain active and healthy. Get moving and join the Walk the Width Steps Challenge. Your goal is to walk the width of Colorado—that’s 280 miles or 760,000 steps—from August 1 to October 31. That’s an average of 8,300 steps a day. Everyone who meets the goal will be entered into the $500 prize drawing.

Visit the Weigh and Win site and click ‘Join Challenge’ button on the Steps Challenge page.

Colorado is 280 miles wide. That’s 760,000 steps. Break that down over 13 weeks, it’s about 8,300 steps a day to reach the goal.

Everyone who reaches the step goal will be entered into the drawing. We will give 5 lucky winners $100.

How to Sync an Activity Tracker

  1. Log in to your account at
  2. Under ‘Coaching Tools’ click on ‘Activity Tracker.’
  3. Click on the manage trackers button and follow the prompts.
  4. You will be redirected to log into your fitness tracker app or device account to sync.

Don’t have a tracker? Use your phone!

To use your phone as a tracker, download the Fitbit app and select ‘MobileTrack’ as your device type. Then, follow the above steps to sync your Fitbit account with incentaHEALTH.
